Project 1: victorinsurance.com on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
An ageing site needing to align with corporate values and failing to meet accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0 AA in Canada;, AODA in the US), Victor required an updated website strategy. This project involved managing:
- Internal design agency
- External design, content, and UX/UI agencies
- Development team
- Build team
- Content across three different business units (Property & Liability, Group Benefits, Retiree Benefits)
- Translation
- Accessibility testing and approval
- Launch strategy (Internal and external communications, analytics)
Project 2: shawlabgroup.com on WordPress
Entering an aggressive growth phase after a recent acquisition by an equity firm, Shaw Lab Group was poised to make big waves in the dental lab market in Canada. Starting with a new brand and logo, Shaw was looking to build a website that could attract new customers by showing the breadth of their services combined with the distance they could serve from their multiple Labs. 
This website included hundreds of products, an interactive map of clients, education center with past and present events, and connections to their various customer portals. 
This project also included a product site for a specific brand (www.perfectsmilebyshaw.com) as well as sister site for their American counterpart (www.bestvalueceramics.com).
